At Sebring Christian Church we believe that our time together should be uplifting and encouraging. You can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere when you worship with us. Then after the worship time you can grab some coffee or juice and enjoy some conversation with other believers; visit our prayer room where our elders will pray for your specific needs; or attend one of our morning classes.
Our plan for Christian unity is a return to the New Testament Christianity. We seek to build the Church of our Lord on earth as revealed in the New Testament, without human additions or subtractions, traditions or practices. Where the Scriptures speak -- we speak; where the Scriptures are silent -- we are silent.
The purpose of Sebring Christian Church is to love God with all our hearts and to share the hope of Christ as we serve people in our community and around the world.

What We Believe
1. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error, and is the standard and authority for all generations. I Thessalonians 2:13; John 17:17; II Timothy 3:16-17
2. God is eternal; He created the universe, and the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the triune (three in one) Godhead. John 1:1-14, 14:16, 26; Colossians 1:1; I Corinthians 8:6; Matthew 28:19; Hebrews 1:1-2
3. Jesus was fully God and also fully human. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and performed many miracles before thousands of eyewitnesses. He was crucified as a sacrifice for our sins and was bodily raised on the third day. Until He comes again, He sits at the right hand of God where he rules over His Church and intercedes for God's children.
4. The pattern to follow to receive Christ as Savior is to believe in Christ as God's Son and Savior to the world, to repent of personal sin, to confess Christ as Lord, and to be immersed in baptism.
