Empowering the less fortunate in Highlands County for over 48 years with the Hope of Jesus Christ.
THE VISION
A vision given to the founders Mike & Pat Karl over 47 years ago to help the poor and homeless is what brought this rescue mission to Sebring, Florida. The year was 1976 that the New Testament Church and Mission began the works that the Lord had envisioned for them. To reach out to the down and out, addicted, hungry, homeless, loss, lonely and destitute.
