Better Before Lunch has a huge following on Sebring.com and has received so many requests for us to put the show on podcast apps such as spotify and itunes. We listened to your requests and now you can follow Better Before Lunch on your podcast app.

For our Sebring.com listeners, Better Before Lunch will still go up on Tuesday Mornings which will give you a 2 day early access to the podacst. It will then go up on the podcast apps on Thursday.
